Report a Swarm

If you spot a honey bee swarm, it’s great to report it so the bees can be safely relocated and protected. Swarming is a natural part of their life cycle, but they need a safe place to settle. Here’s what you can do:

1  Stay Calm

Bees are usually not aggressive when swarming, as they don’t have a hive to defend. CLICK HERE to know for sure if they are honey bees.

2  Don't Disturb Them

Avoid disturbing the swarm. The bees are simply looking for a new home.

3  Contact Us

We will collect the swarm for free. We serve Buckinghamshire and its surrounding areas. Please use the what3words map below to pinpoint the swarm. Copy the link and put it in the form below.

4  Provide Details

Try to give as much detail as possible—where you saw the swarm, the size, and how long it's been there. If possible, please take a picture so we'll know where and how high the swarm is. The more info, the better!
